Strategy

We develop trusting relationships with our employees, customers, suppliers and partners. Cleaning machines and concepts should be created and further developed in a close exchange between users, customer advisors, specialist dealers, Cleanfix as a manufacturer and our suppliers. And we want to continue our success story and produce more innovative cutting-edge technology so that our customers can clean hygienically and sustainably.
We remain loyal to the cleaning equipment industry, with a focus on the development and manufacture of machines. 

The development of new devices will continue to be a focus in the future. 

A structured working method and the necessary controls can ensure that the development projects reach a successful market launch without additional loops and additional costs. At least one new or revised product is introduced to the market each year. Only products that have passed the extensive internal and external tests are included in the sales programme. 
The downstream processes (production, assembly, customer service) are increasingly taken into account in the design. The goal is to have a low-manpower production.
Not all innovations can necessarily be developed internally. Wherever it makes sense, existing know-how is also brought in from outside.
All products in the sales programme are kept up to date. Errors that occur are corrected immediately and sustainably. All documents are properly prepared and updated.

We recognise trends early and before all competitors. We tap all available sources of information and evaluate the information gained in a targeted and fast manner. New customer needs are thus known to us at all times. We are aware that marketing involves much more than just pure sales.

On the one hand, we bring good-quality, stable, durable, low-maintenance and easy-to-operate units to the market, which work reliably and with low interference even under difficult conditions or with weak operating personnel. Our units also survive in places where there is no customer service in the immediate vicinity. We are committed to high quality, which is associated with the good image of Switzerland.
On the other hand, this is how we maintain a pioneering role in the field of automated cleaning. 
We keep the programme depth as small as possible. In terms of programme breadth, we continue to apply two different variants. In the Swiss market we continue to act as a full-range supplier, while abroad we offer only a limited range of our own products and a few selected third-party products.

Under the Cleanfix label, we develop and produce cleaning equipment in the medium to high quality segment, mainly for the interior cleaning of buildings. Our products are mainly used in professional cleaning (schools, building cleaning companies, industry, logistics companies, etc.).

We are open to adapting our products to customer requirements for larger customers and larger purchase quantities. We make changes primarily in the area of design (e.g. other colours).

We develop and produce customised products as soon as it is ensured that all costs are covered from the outset and there is a prospect of long-term, profitable cooperation.

To complete our range, we expand it with well-selected complementary products. These products meet our quality requirements and have no negative impact on our product range.

Goals

 The corporate goals are set annually by the management, documented and made known to all employees. 

The division heads define the goals for the departments and working groups. They also communicate these goals at the appropriate level.

The Executive Board assesses the achievement of objectives annually in the management review and informs the persons or departments concerned. 

Negative deviations are clearly addressed and the reasons for them are investigated. In case of misconduct on the part of the management, measures are defined to achieve positive changes.
